We can offer you a reliable, qualified and friendly telephone service for your clients during the following office hours, with exception of the Cantonal and General holidays, Monday to Thursday from 08.00 - 12.00 a.m. and 01.00 - 05.00 p.m. and Friday and before holidays from 08.00 - 12.00 a.m. to 01.00 - 04.30 p.m. (also before public holidays). If requested the calls will be taken in 4 languages (D,E,F,I). You are always available and don't loose an order again because you are not in the office.

With the service code 21, 61, 62 or 63 provided by Swisscom you can direct your telephone line straight to us and we answer the calls in your name, write down the wishes and concerns of your business partners. The more informations we get from you the better we can answer your clients. For this reason our telephone service is very individual created and can relate fully to your wishes and needs.

Whenever you should be on a business trip or away for a holiday we will take care of your interests toward your clients. Every evening, in urgent cases immediately, we send you a message in form of a daily rapport by fax or E-Mail or verbal by phone. For urgent messages during the day there are also available to you our pager- or SMS-service through computer.

You like to inquire about your orders or ask how your new product is being received by your customers? Perhaps you like to get more informations about your competitors? No problem we do also these jobs fast. Therewhile you can focus on more important things.
